steve loves janeTIMELINE…

50’s……..born,  school.

60’s….realise I am living in the most exciting decade in history, dramatic events are happening all over the world, great music, fashion, dance. I am so inspired I join the Cubs. Man walks on the moon. I feel I am not really getting the full benefit from the most exciting decade in history, so I leave the Cubs and attempt to learn The Twist.

70’s..Join army. 9 Independent Parachute Sqn.,  emigrate to Australia.

80’s..marry(the lovely Jane) family (the lovely Holly and Tim)

90’s…Open a B&B, become the worlds youngest grandad (the lovely Stevie Rayy)

2000’s.. more B&B, move to Tassie,  finally master The Twist, only to discover, no one is dancing it anymore. Realise the error of our ways and move back to West Australia. injure back doing The Twist

2010’s….get SpongeBob tattoo

2014….think to myself,   ” got all this rubbish I’ve written over the years, might start a blog.

2015..Commence writing THE DENNIS BISSKIT ADVENTURES, send it off to several publishers.

2016..yippee!!!!  Watch out for The Dennis Bisskit Adventures., coming to a bookstore or online  in 2016.  NEWSFLASH!!!  Make that Jan 2017

2018..Knighted for his services to Dudley and especially short ginger people. NEWSFLASH!!  Coming in 2018. Dennis Bisskit and the Man From Paris with the Very Large Head.

 

About the Author

Stephen Ainley was born in Birmingham U.K. in 1952. He served in the British Airborne in the 1970s before emigrating to Australia. He has written short stories and articles for many years but this is his first novel. He resides in Western Australia with wife Jane and Irish terrier O’Malley
